LG Muziq announced for Sprint.

Following along the ever so popular music phone movement, LG has announced that it will release the LG Musiq, which is stated to be the follow-up to the popular LG Fusic, for Sprint users. The LG Musiq is a follow up to the successful LG Fusic and boast a great list of standard features that should catch the eyes of many music phone fanatics. To start off, the LG Musiq will feature a neat new feature that will allow the phone to send tuneage to any FM radio via its integrated FM transmitter. The Musiq also comes standard with a microSD memory card slot capable of supporting up to 4GB of memory, as well as a 1.3 megapixel camera and a side loading of DRM-free music via USB. The phone looks promising and I'm sure it will catch on as many of the other music phones released cost about twice as much as the LG Musiq which is listed as $99 with contract.

What is the LG Wine?

Well it seems as though we're on the short end of the stick once again when it comes to LG phones being released here in the states. The LG wine, which seems to be a Korea only phone, has been announced and will be available for Cyon. The phone itself is nothing to special, specs are at a minimal with a 2.2 inch display, media player, and the basic camera. The overall design isn't anything to brag about but it does look like an entry level phone that I'm sure millions of people wouldn't mind having over here in the states. I hope one day we'll get the same phones that are released over seas but until that day comes I can only gripe about not getting them.

Cheers,
John

LG enV in orange?

Okay, so LG and Verizon must have a thing with releasing phones in every color under the sun. First we had the LG chocolate's which were released in 5 different colors and now we're seeing the LG EnV following the same path. It was revealed that the LG EnV will be available in orange and will hit shelves later this year. I really have no idea where to go with this, I'm a big fan of the EnV but orange? I really hope LG and Verizon did their research on which demographic they're aiming for cause this looks like it'll end up being a mistake. Anyhow, who am I to judge the success of a color? The EnV will remain unchanged and accessories will still be available at AccessoryGeeks.com no matter what color EnV you have.

John

NEW LG VX-9400

LG has recently launched the VX-9400 for Verizon Wireless, which is a pretty unique phone if you compare it to the list of recently released phones. The VX-9400 utilizes a unique display by allowing users to swivel the LCD display up and present images in a landscape format while exposing the keypad underneath. The LG VX-9400 is also the first LG phone to support live TV broadcasting using MediaFlo, which unlike previous streaming media, utilizes its own network instead of relying on the carrier's network. The VX-9400 is packed with a good number of features including a microSD memory card slot, a 1 megapixel camera, mp3 music playback, and bluetooh. From the recent reviews that I've read on the VX-9400, the phone itself seems promising for Verizon and LG. Users compliment the ability to stream TV and also compliment the ability to change the display layout. The phone is currently offered through Verizon wireless and accessories are available at AccessoryGeeks.com
